Sun Guofang, director of Taizhou customs, led a team on June 6 that visited Jiangyan district of Taizhou city – located in East China's Jiangsu province.
The team conducted on-site assessments at ZYfire Hose Corporation, Shuangdeng Group Co Ltd and Jiangyan Port – gaining insights into their production, operations and foreign trade activities.
They provided on-site solutions to the companies' various challenges and offered one-on-one guidance.

During a group discussion, Sun received updates on the district's open economic development, engaged with leading companies in Jiangyan and addressed their suggestions and feedback.
Sun emphasized that Taizhou customs would improve its communications and cooperation with Jiangyan – facilitating the development of key projects in the district, promoting the further opening of the port and providing comprehensive support for Jiangyan's foreign trade enterprises.
From January to April, these companies posted total imports and exports valued at $549.6 million, with exports amounting to $510.27 million and imports of $39.33 million.
Moving forwards, leading companies such as Shuangdeng Group Co Ltd and Jiangsu Pacific Precision Forging Co Ltd say they will continue to explore new markets, enhancing their international reputation and competitive edge.
