Solar power cells manufacturer and exporter Taizhou JinenU New Energy Co Ltd – located in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone in Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – has attained an AA grade certificate for its integrated industrialization development and information utilization.

By establishing an intelligent manufacturing workshop, the company is said to have implemented various applications systems using a private cloud platform and SQLServer database.
This integration has enabled the digitalized control of the entire manufacturing process. It's resulted in a 12.6 percent increase in annual output, a reduction of 12 workers, a 10.4 percent rise in annual output value, a 10.9 percent cut in annual costs and a decrease in defective products to 0.02 percent.
The company says these advancements have significantly improved its output level, production efficiency, operating costs, quality and environmental impact. That's positioned it for sustainable competitive advantages in the realm of information technology.
Moving forwards, plans are for Taizhou JinenU New Energy Co Ltd to boost its capability for customized product deliveries and foundry services – as well as to achieve the digitization, automation and intelligence of the production process and production data.
