About 10 projects with a total investment of 1 billion yuan ($139.3 million) will be inked at a signing ceremony during the event.
Dalun is exploring business opportunities from its sheep farming and processing industry. It's striving to revitalize its rural areas through building a complete industrial supply chain featuring various popular sheep products, according to Xue Yongming, Party chief of the town.
It will offer better travel and shopping experiences to visitors, plan a street lined with mutton restaurants, build a museum about sheep farming and organize for professionals to explore the folk traditions surrounding Dalun mutton.

Dalun Party chief Xue said the town would continue to improve the food and tourism festival, as well as create a sheep industry hub – that integrates tourism, catering, fishing and accommodation.
Moreover, it would drive rural revitalization through the sheep farming and processing industry, so more villagers could get employment and boost their incomes.
