High-tech manufacturer Asia Electronics Technology Co Ltd – located in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone in Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – recently received provincial recognition for its semiconductor wet etching cleaning equipment.

The device, called the DF-3000B, has been included on the list of major equipment for 2023 by the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu.
It has advanced technology, such as adaptive controls, homogenization of cleaning and advanced drying.
With independent intellectual property rights, it is used for cleaning impurities on the surface of semiconductor wafers.
The equipment is said to have solved key technical issues in semiconductor preparations technology and achieved localization of China's high-end semiconductor equipment core technology.
The breakthrough has also achieved localization in wafer etching and cleaning liquid supplies and their replenishment.

Asia Electronics Technology Co Ltd has made 178 patent applications, with 105 granted to date.
Overall, the Jiangyan district has gained provincial recognition for 11 products and plans to further invest in research and development to promote the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry.
