"The construction sector has always been one of the top performing industries in Jiangyan and we need more industrial clusters and a modernized industrial system to make our district a construction hub," said Fangzhen, Party secretary of the district.
Fang added that more efficient services should be provided for the construction industry.
The investigation, publicity and supervision of incentive policies would also be increased to better help business entities and people in need, he said.
