Jiangsu Shenyi Technology Manufacturing, located in the Taixing Huangqiao Economic Development Zone, Taixing, Jiangsu province, focuses on the precision control of its products in the forging industry.
Thanks to its strict focus on precision, the company has secured 800 orders for wind turbine equipment all at once. Its flagship product, the ring gear, has also established a presence in the global market with nearly unmatched precision control.
"Our projects adopt intelligent manufacturing systems such as intelligent forging production lines, automated heat treatment production lines, and intelligent precision machining production lines, with an integrated industrial system of design, manufacturing, and heat treatment processing," said Li Huanhuan, deputy president of management of the company.
She added that the company intends to keep increasing research and development of mold forgings, thereby expanding market share and laying the groundwork for the second phase's construction.
