The county-level city of Taixing – administered by Taizhou city and located in East China's Jiangsu province – on July 3 held a meeting on promoting work on its business ecosystem.
It was an event designed to better understand the progress of key tasks being undertaken and to discuss difficult issues in the current business environment.
Since the start of the year, the city has been committed to creating a first-class business environment that is market-oriented, market-oriented and internationalized, providing strong and effective project guarantees.
The number of its newly started and completed projects in the first quarter ranked first in Taizhou. Adding to that, the total number of newly added business entities in Taixing from January to May also ranked first in Taizhou.
Zhang Kun, Taixing's Party secretary, highlighted four actions – benchmarking reforms and improvements, efficiency improvements in project construction, legal protection and quality improvements and comprehensive improvements to services.
Zhang also urged the city to create an upgraded business environment with lower operating costs, higher efficiency, and more convenient trade and investment, among others.
