Jiangsu Maibona Transmission Technology, a rapidly-growing power transmission company based in the Hailing Industrial Park, has been honored as a provincial "gazelle enterprise" for 2025 in recognition of its growth, innovation, and development potential.

"Our orders are booming, outpacing production capacity," said General Manager Hu Guangxin. To meet demand, Maibona plans to add six new production lines in December, investing over 30 million yuan ($4.25 million) in advanced machinery.
This year, sales surged to 420 million yuan, with a target of 450 million yuan. The company has developed over 70 new products, securing partnerships with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, and Great Wall Motors, while exporting to North America, Europe, Japan and South Korea.
With an annual production capacity of 10,000 metric tons of aluminum castings and 3 million automotive axle components, Maibona is now expanding into industrial robotics and drone supply chains. "Technological innovation drives our development," Hu emphasized, highlighting investments in smart manufacturing and R&D collaboration to shorten development cycles.
