The project, spanning an area of 49.7 mu (3.31 hectares), boasts an investment of 500 million yuan ($69.21 million) and is intended to boost the development of emerging industries such as intelligent equipment and digital economy.
It will serve as an industrial hub for high-level talent as well as science and technology, integrating research and development, production, exhibition, incubation, and support facilities.
"Out of the 27 standardized factory buildings, 20 have now been topped off, with construction proceeding at an accelerated pace to meet the delivery deadline of August," said Chen Xun, project manager for the construction company.

Upon completion, the project is anticipated to attract more than 10 high-level talents and over 20 technology-driven enterprises, while achieving an annual turnover of 1.5 billion yuan and paying 25 million yuan in taxes.
