The Taizhou Science and Technology Bureau – located in Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province – recently unveiled its second batch of offshore innovation centers, along with its first series of enterprise centers.
The selected facilities include Hailing (Shanghai) Offshore Innovation Center – located at Hongqiao Times Square in East China's Shanghai – as well as branches of Jiangsu Yunyong Electronics and Technology Co Ltd in Nanjing and Zhengzhou, and Jiangsu Zhongke Kehua New Materials Co Ltd in Beijing.
The Hailing (Shanghai) Offshore Innovation Center aims to serve as a dynamic platform for attracting investment, talent and technological innovation – focusing on a model that integrates industry, technology and finance.

By leveraging Shanghai's strengths in talent and technology, the center aims to establish a strategic foothold for Hailing district, positioning itself as a key hub for offshore innovation and investment in Shanghai.
Moving forwards, the center plans to connect with global resources and focus on leading industries – gathering high-end talent and expertise from around the world.
Its goal is to foster industrial growth and talent development, ultimately becoming a model project for regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta and enhancing Taizhou's investment and innovation capabilities.
