The company, leveraging technology from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has grown into a leading player in the integrated circuits packaging industry.
Currently, Scienchem operates seven production lines with a monthly output of 1,200 metric tons, valued at 32 million yuan ($4.4 million). An eighth production line, set to launch next month, will add 300 tons to monthly capacity.
The company's second-phase project, with a 520 million yuan investment, aims to build a dozen new production lines over 3-5 years. The expansion is expected to boost annual production beyond 10,000 tons and sales to 350 million yuan in the current year.
Scienchem's success has been attributed to its robust research and development capabilities, with R&D centers in Beijing and Taizhou.
The company focuses on advanced packaging for large-scale integrated circuits and third-generation semiconductors and it holds 32 invention patents and five utility model patents.
The company's products – widely used in various packaging types and reliability grades – have gained recognition from a large number of leading domestic manufacturers.
