Two major projects in Hailing Industrial Park of Taizhou city, East China's Jiangsu province, have simultaneously obtained real estate ownership certificates, construction project planning permits, construction drawing review certificates, and construction project construction permits, ensuring they can begin construction ahead of schedule.
With an investment of 1 billion yuan ($137.04 million) each, they both rank as advanced equipment manufacturing projects.
One is a breeze wind turbine project operated by Jiangsu Dongcheng Fengda Machinery Co Ltd, which is projected to finish construction by the end of 2024.
When at full capacity, it will be able to produce 400 sets of 50-500kw vertical axis breeze wind turbines annually.
The other is a petroleum drilling and production equipment project. Once it is completed and put into operation, it will be able to produce more than 200 sets of oil drilling and production machines per year.
In just over 40 days, both parties have achieved multiple certificates for their construction work.
This nascent success can be partly credited to the full care services offered by Hailing Industrial Park.
"The park has established a long-term mechanism for serving major projects, which only requires customers to sign certain documents. Other procedures can be handled by the park," said Yang Shiqin, an official at Hailing Industrial Park.
