A delegation from Hailing district in Taizhou city, East China's Jiangsu province, paid a visit to Mingshan district in Benxi city, Northeast China's Liaoning province, from Oct 23-24.
The delegation was led by Liu Jianbo, an official of Hailing district.
Zhou Daqing, head of Mingshan district, expects Hailing to leverage its industrial advantages in new energy, new materials, and high-end equipment manufacturing, to strengthen industrial cooperation with Mingshan district in various fields.
A signing ceremony was held during the visit for the Hailing-Mingshan Offshore Investment Center project, and the cadre exchange and learning agreement.
In Benxi city, the delegation visited Benxi Longshanquan Beer Co Ltd and the Baicaidi silica mine in Moshiyu village.
