A delegation from Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province visited LONGi Green Energy Technology Co Ltd in Xi'an city, Shaanxi province, for trade exchanges on Sept 27.
LONGi settled in Taizhou's Hailing district in 2015 and now has a battery factory and two component factories there.
Last year, LONGi's operating revenue in Taizhou reached 16.6 billion yuan ($2.27 billion).
Through this visit, Taizhou is expected to attract more upstream and downstream enterprises in the photovoltaic industry chain to invest in Taizhou.
Six projects reached intentional cooperation agreements with Hailing district at the scene.
As of now, Hailing is home to over 100 enterprises engaged in the new energy industry, with the industrial scale exceeding 40 billion yuan.
The crystalline silicon photovoltaic industry cluster in Hailing has been rated as a featured industry cluster in Jiangsu province.
