An activity aimed at helping local companies list on the stock market took place on Oct 12 in the Hailing Industrial Park – in the Hailing district of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province.
Representatives from over 20 resident companies who proposed to list their shares and financial institutions attended.
At the event, officials from Hailing's financial supervision bureau interpreted the newly revised policy called Ten Policy Opinions on Encouraging Enterprises to Go Public (Listed) in Hailing District.
A representative from Huaying Securities gave a talk on the listing rules, procedures and various specific cases listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange. A representative from the Jiangsu Equity Exchange discussed equity financing paths and problem handling.
The activity is expected to improve understanding of the listing paths for enterprises and enable them to better grasp the relevant practical operations during the listing process.
