Things are really happening on the economic front in Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province, with a guideline issued on Feb 6 for promoting its economic development.
The guideline focuses on 12 sections and includes 50 measures that contain 160 smaller measures, to stimulate the vitality of business entities.
In Hailing Industrial Park, Jiangsu Mabona Drivetech Co Ltd – focused on producing parts for automobiles with an all-wheel-drive system – was excited to hear about the guideline, as it already meets the qualifying requirements of some of the key measures.
The company will continue to promote the intelligent and digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, deepen the integration of information technology and industrialization and make enterprises have the characteristics of specialization, refinement and novelty, said deputy general manager Liu Yuhua.
There are 17 support policies in the guideline to promote the high-quality development of industries – such as promoting industrial supply chain cluster development and supporting the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.
Furthermore, the guideline includes 56 new policy measures. Taking the "optimizing the business environment" section as example, it supports the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurements.
