Jiangsu Zhongxin Auto Parts, located in Hailing High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Taizhou, has officially launched its new production base in Jiulong town, marking a major step forward for the company in its expansion efforts.
Over the past six years, the company has soared from 20 million yuan ($2.82 million) in annual sales to an impressive 220 million yuan in 2024, with an ambitious goal of reaching 250 million yuan this year.

It was recently honored as a provincial "gazelle enterprise" for its remarkable performance. Gazelle enterprises, known for their strong innovation capabilities, novel professional fields, and high growth potential, serve as key indicators of regional innovation vitality.
Specializing in motorcycle, electric bike, and general machinery parts, Zhongxin has become a key supplier for renowned brands like Haojue, Yadea, and Ninebot. It produces dozens of components, including motorcycle and electric bike frames, handlebars, protective bars, mufflers, and stands.
The secret behind its exponential growth lies in intelligent manufacturing upgrades. The company has embraced automated production, with over 98 percent of its core processes now automated, boosting productivity by over 40 percent. High-precision laser cutting machines and welding robots ensure product quality, reducing errors to within 0.1 millimeters.
Responding to surging market demand, Zhongxin invested 20 million yuan to expand its production facilities, adding 12,000 square meters of factory space. The new automated lines have propelled its annual production capacity to 200,000 motorcycle frames and 2 million electric bike frames, solidifying its leadership in China's two-wheeler parts sector.
Looking ahead, Zhongxin aims to further optimize its production lines, enhance product adaptability, and secure more supplier certifications from premium manufacturers, driving sustained growth and contributing to Taizhou's high-quality development.
