Nestled in the Hailing district, Taizhou, the Richlong intelligent cleaning appliances project has recently advanced at an accelerated pace. With an annual output of 2 million units, it is poised to commence full-scale production by next year.
Richlong (Jiangsu) Electrical Technology Co Ltd, invested and established by HK Richlong Industrial Ltd, is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the intelligent home appliance industry.
The intelligent cleaning appliances project covers an area of about 45 mu (3 hectares), with the construction of six factory buildings totaling approximately 40,000 square meters.
Specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of intelligent cleaning appliances, the company predominantly exports its products to markets in Japan, South Korea, Europe, and the United States.
The project is expected to generate 800 million yuan ($110.47 million) in annual turnover and 24 million yuan in taxes upon completion.
"Our company and domestic partners have established R&D bases in Germany, Japan, and Suzhou in Jiangsu province. Following thorough investigations of the business environment in Hailing district, we decided to build a new production base within the new energy industrial park," said Yuan Zhenliang, general manager of Richlong (Jiangsu) Electrical Technology Co Ltd. "Upon completion, we will form a 30-person R&D team."
"We anticipate the foundation will be ready by the end of October, with the main structure completed by late December, and the formal production expected to begin in July next year," said Zheng Bingkai, project manager for the construction team.
