At the construction site of the Sansen resettlement area located on the east side of Jiangzhou North Road and the south side of Senyuan Road, workers have been conducting ground concrete leveling.

With an investment of 800 million yuan ($110.22 million), plans are to construct two 18-story buildings, six 17-story buildings, one community building and support facilities, providing 714 residential units on completion.
