The Hailing district of Taizhou city – located in East China's Jiangsu province – has been dedicated to creating a pro-business environment and providing efficient government services to entrepreneurs and businesses.
Those efforts are widely said to have been successful in attracting investment and promoting economic development.
One of the notable projects in the district is local manufacturer Kangqian machinery's second phase project, which involves the expansion of its digital intelligent production line for aluminum alloy parts.
The project, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan ($137.23 million), aims to increase the annual output of aluminum alloy parts to 150,000 units.
Thanks to the efficient services provided by the district, the project has been progressing smoothly and is expected to be completed by June next year.
The certificates issued by the district authorities saved the group a significant amount of time, allowing it to start production earlier and increase production capacity by 40 percent.
Furthermore, the district has also rapidly provided construction permits for the project. In just six hours, the approval process was completed, setting a record for the district in terms of efficiency.
Moving forwards, plans are for Hailing district to continue to innovate its service model and provide better quality, more efficiency and convenient government services to businesses and individuals.
