The Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau of Hailing district – located in Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province – has provided more convenient approval systems and services recently in a bid to accelerate the pace of construction for local projects.
A speedier approval mechanism for major projects costing 100 million yuan ($14.42 million) each has been applied in Hailing to streamline their construction work.
Each project will be equipped with a specialist to assist enterprises in handling the entire process, from applying for planning permission to final acceptance, and to date, four projects in Hailing have benefitted from these services, said Gu Tianjing, an official who works at the bureau.
In June 2022, China Foma (Group) Co Ltd began settling its subsidiary in Hailing, but the urgent needs of factories potentially not being met worried the company's local manager.
The bureau responded with a series of active moves to assist the enterprise in handling all the necessary procedures and provided follow-up services to further support the project.
Given that, the factory is expected to be completed this year and able to start operating next March, with the construction cycle shortened by more than a third.
