The Taizhou (Shanghai) Offshore Innovation Center – being developed by Taizhou city, located in East China's Jiangsu province – recently welcomed the settlement of a new resident company called Morhe Medical Technology (Shanghai).
By establishing offshore innovation centers, Taizhou aims to promote research and development incubation outside the city and then advance its industrial transformation.
Morhe Medical Technology (Shanghai) is committed to developing technology platforms and products related to the intersection of healthcare and life sciences.
Its business scope has as a result expanded to high-end molecular biology products, clinical diagnostic products, intelligent medical products and other cutting-edge fields.
To date, 10 health industry related enterprises have settled in the Taizhou (Shanghai) Offshore Innovation Center. Through the role of the offshore innovation center, they have gained a deeper understanding of the industrial environment of China Medical City.
The confirmed R&D and incubation projects stand to receive five subsidies, covering rent discounts, staff subsidies, project support, R&D grants and financial assistance.
They will also enjoy a range of support, such as financial services, HR and other things.
