From Dec 20 to 21, Taizhou, Jiangsu welcomed representatives of listed companies and members of the Shanghai Business Elite Club to discuss cooperation opportunities and chart a path for shared growth.
Taizhou Party Secretary Jiang Dongdong highlighted the city's strategic location, convenient transportation, and business-friendly environment. He noted that Taizhou offers ample opportunities for industrial investment and innovation collaboration, supported by its robust enterprises, diverse application scenarios, and strong demand for innovation.
Jiang expressed optimism about the delegation's visit, emphasizing that the participating companies are renowned for their advanced concepts, leading technologies, and dynamic investment plans. He hopes that these companies will focus more on Taizhou's high-quality enterprises and include the city in their plans for expansion and new projects.
Feng Xiaojun, executive president of the Jiangsu Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, expressed the chamber's eagerness to strengthen ties with Taizhou. Zhu Jiankai, president of the Shanghai Business Elite Club, emphasized the importance of building a communication platform between Shanghai and Taizhou, aiming to foster close cooperation in industrial transformation, investment expansion, and collaborative innovation.
Representatives of 10 leading enterprises, including AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Shanghai, shared insights from their respective industries. They discussed Taizhou's industrial strengths and made targeted suggestions for future collaboration.
During their visit, the delegation toured key sites such as the Taizhou Pharmaceutical Expo Hall, gaining firsthand insight into Taizhou's thriving health industry.
