The Taizhou Xuzhuang digital technology entrepreneurship park, an incubation hub for e-commerce companies – located in the Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone in Taizhou, in East China's Jiangsu province – recently opened its doors for business.
It welcomed its first batch of one dozen resident companies on Jan 5 when the park opened its first phase of operations.
The park employed a service provider at the opening ceremony, which stationed entrepreneurship instructors to offer guidance to resident companies on brand planning, marketing planning, e-commerce training, intellectual property rights, industrial and commercial registration, the tax agency and human resources.
The park has also liaised with Taizhou official bureaus to pilot the practice of business license cluster registrations in Taizhou, as well as to provide free services – including free rent for the first year and free property water and electricity.
Featuring a planned building floor space of 12,000 square meters in the first phase, the park operates a modern office building located at No 218 Yongjin Road. It has complete support facilities for enterprise operations, such as areas for receptions, conferences, negotiations, road show training and reading and leisure.
