The tourism market in Taizhou city, East China's Jiangsu province, continued its strong recovery during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday.
During the three-day holiday, six major scenic spots – the Fengcheng River scenic area, the Qinhu Lake tourism area, Qintong Ancient Town, Gaogang Diaohua Mansion, Xinghua Lizhong Water Forest, and the Taizhou navy vessel cultural park – received a total of 106,306 visitors, a 20.95 percent increase compared to the same period in 2019.
Ticket revenue also grew 22.7 percent compared to the same period in 2019 to 3.08 million yuan ($427,100).
