The Jiangsu Tourism (Russia) Promotion Center organized an inspection tour on May 20-21 in the prefecture-level city of Taizhou – located in East China's Jiangsu province – with a delegation of over 10 representatives of various institutions from Russian-speaking countries that are based in China.

During their two-day visit, the delegation explored Qintong ancient town, Mei Lanfang Park, the Taihetang traditional Chinese medicine clinic, the Taizhou bonsai garden and the Taizhou Zaocha museum. They also went on a night cruise on the Fengcheng River and savored Taizhou's culinary delicacies, such as Taizhou zaocha, or early breakfast tea.
The delegation members came from countries including Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan. Among them were representatives from government agencies, travel agencies, trade companies, educational institutions and student representatives studying in China.
