Taizhou promotes job, talent opportunities to Hong Kong students

A delegation from Taizhou, Jiangsu province visited the Hong Kong Polytechnic University on May 8 and extended an invitation to students and faculty to work in the city.

The Taizhou delegation presented over 750 job opportunities with an average monthly salary of 10,000 yuan ($1441.43) to Hong Kong students. The highest monthly salary on offer was 45,000 yuan.

Five hundred summer internship positions were also offered to the Hong Kong students.

The delegation then introduced to the students about the talent demands in the biomedicine and equipment manufacturing fields and encouraged further cooperation between Hong Kong universities and Taizhou to meet these demands.

The delegation also welcomed Hong Kong students and faculty to use the "Tai You Yin Li" (泰有引力) WeChat mini program, which offers free accommodation, meals, and transportation.
