Market entities in Xinghua, a county-level city in Taizhou, East China's Jiangsu, can apply for one-on-one services ranging from policy consultation to online registration, with the help of a team dealing with administrative approval procedures.
The team, consisting of 112 members, offers free services to markets in 26 towns and sub-districts of the city. It helps cooperate with 24 local government departments. More than 4,400 enterprises have benefited from the services so far.
An industial park specializing in wooden boats in Zhuhong town was one of the beneficiaries. This reconstruction project progressed well and was able to break ground earlier than scheduled due to the efforts of the agent, who helped optimize the approval process and handled the formalities efficiently.
The project developer said that with the help of the agent’s team, the park obtained a construction permit within one working day of obtaining approval to use the land, which saved at least three months.
In addition, applicants can access one-stop services including permit issuance, seal making, and account opening after they submit the necessary documents, register on-site and record their business information at the designated desks of the local government service hall.
"The services have been fully promoted with all kinds of approvals, and are getting mature," said Xia Aidong, executive vice mayor of Xinghua, adding local government departments will strive to offer better and more convenient services for enterprises.
