The Qiuxue Lake ecological scenic area is a national 3A-level attraction in the Hailing district of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province.
Located at the southern edge of the Lixia River Plain, Qiuxue Lake has a dense water network, pristine ecology and unique wetland scenery, which makes it a world of water and forests, a place full of reeds and a paradise for birds.
The people there have developed five commercial fields – agricultural tourism, ecological forestry tourism, stockbreeding tourism, fisheries tourism and flower expos.
There are more than 10 special scenic spots such as the fisheries ecological park, the flower expo park, the bonsai garden, the birds forest, the deer park and the rice and wheat fine seed demonstration park.
It is said to be a great destination for vacations, leisure and entertainment.
