As the consumption market recovers from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, commercial complexes in Jiading district recently launched vehicle exhibitions and sales with new-energy auto brands to further boost consumption.
For example, the Nanxiang Incity Mega has exhibited six auto brands such as Volvo, Marvel, and Xpeng, attracting many consumers to participate in consultations and test drives.
Volvo has exhibited four types of vehicles in Nanxiang Incity Mega, which helped increase the store traffic by 25 percent, according to Chen Lin, store manager of the Volvo Cars store in Nanxiang Incity Mega.
Thanks to the new-energy vehicle exhibitions, the sales of nearly 10 new-energy vehicle brands in Nanxiang Incity Mega have increased compared with the same period last year.
In addition, Bailian Jiading Shopping Mall is offering three preferential policies until Sept 30 to consumers who order a pure electric car version of the Volkswagen 2022 ID in the center hall on the mall's first floor.
