Anting’s new library expected to open to readers soon

A new library in the town of Anting, near Shanghai’s Jiading district, is now undergoing a trial run and is expected to official open to public by the end of this month.

The total building cost was 8 million yuan ($1.3 million) for the 1,900 square meters of space on three stories.

It contains 30,000 books in the fields of literature and art, and holds a special area for books on cars.
