Three foreign-related public legal service platforms in the Hohhot, Manzhouli, and Ereenhot areas of the China (Inner Mongolia) Pilot Free Trade Zone (Inner Mongolia FTZ) have been completed and put into operation, according to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Department of Justice on July 8.

The platforms integrate a range of legal service resources, including mediation, legal counsel, notarization, arbitration, and judicial expertise. Focusing on cooperation with Russia and Mongolia, they aim to establish a comprehensive foreign-related legal service system featuring "distinctive services in each area and full coverage across the zone", providing robust legal support for industrial development and cross-border economic and trade cooperation in the pilot free trade zone.

The Hohhot area focuses on key industries, such as new energy, new materials, green computing, and cross-border trade. It has established specialized foreign-related legal institutions and university-government joint training bases to cultivate interdisciplinary legal professionals.

Through integrated online and offline services, the area has launched dedicated foreign-related service windows and upgraded its judicial service platform, enabling one-stop access to services like foreign-related notarization, cross-border legal consultation, and commercial arbitration.

The Manzhouli area has expanded its featured services, including arbitration-mediation coordination and compliance assessments for small and medium-sized enterprises.

By leveraging cross-border legal cooperation mechanisms, it has partnered with legal service institutions in Russia, Mongolia, and other countries to build a China-Russia-Mongolia legal resource database and professional service teams, thereby addressing legal challenges in cross-border trade and port-based processing industries.

The Ereenhot area focuses on international trade, logistics, healthcare, and cross-border tourism. It has established the Ereenhot Foreign-Related Legal Service Center and the Ereenhot International Arbitration Court under the Hohhot Arbitration Commission, providing specialized legal services for border-related activities and strengthening full-chain legal protection for cross-border industries involving Mongolia.
