A total of 37 projects led by Inner Mongolia Normal University teams have won backing from the Inner Mongolia Natural Science Fund for 2019, officials said.

As a result, they will get funding of 2.355 million yuan ($333,801), according to the WeChat account of IMNU-News.

Officials said that among the projects, there is one key project, 19 general projects and four doctoral projects.

The number of projects and funding for this year set a record high.

Officials said that result fully demonstrated the improvement and progress being made in IMNU’s scientific and technological research and innovation capabilities.
