On the morning of Sept 22, a grand opening ceremony was held at Inner Mongolia Normal University's Shengle Campus for the "Jintong Cup" Silk Road International Collegiate Football Invitational Tournament, an event of the 2nd China-Mongolia Expo and 2017 Silk Road International Naadam Festival.
