Launched by Yili in 2025, the "Shouhu Xin'an (Guardians of Peace of Mind)" project is a public welfare training initiative focused on safety. It aims to expand the coverage of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) equipment while strengthening emergency response capabilities among employees and the general public.
Through this initiative, Yili has transformed its nationwide network of factories and industrial tourism sites into public first-aid resources and trained its "Yixin Xiangyang" volunteers as certified first responders. The project now operates in 30 cities, covering 60,000 employees and serving nearly 2 million people annually.

Yili has also helped bring the 2026 "Ready Go Challenge" to Wuzhong, Ningxia, and Hohhot. At both charity hiking events, participants were required to complete five hands-on emergency rescue tasks along the route.
Along the course, Yili's "Yixin Xiangyang" volunteers provided event support in the form of crowd management, logistics and supplies, course services, and first-aid assistance.
