Leveraging ticket pre-sale and waitlist monitoring data from the 12306 platform, the group has conducted in-depth analysis of travel patterns, dynamically forecasted trends in passenger traffic, optimized capacity allocation, and carried out rolling deployment of transport resources.
China Railway Hohhot Bureau Group has refined its services to enhance the passenger experience. Service procedures at major stations were streamlined, with dedicated green channels established for passengers requiring special assistance, providing one-on-one guided support throughout their journey.
At high-traffic stations, additional security screening lanes and self-service ticket gates were opened, crowd management at key areas was strengthened, and transfer procedures were optimized. Themed activities were also launched at select stations and on multiple train services, enriching the travel experience and creating a comfortable environment for all passengers.
