North China's Hohhot adds enchanting flower-viewing spot
A field filled with a cornucopia of wonderful flowers in Tianjiao Huayuan – a park located in Hohhot, in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region – is these days attracting hordes of delighted enthusiasts. The flower field, covering an area of 200 mu (13.33 hectares), is home to more than 10 delightful varieties – among them, coreopsis, zinnia and sunflowers – that are suitable for the climate. The scenic spot has innovatively combined a waterwheel and water tank with new micro-spray belt irrigation technology for daily maintenance.
