Hohhot adds intelligent manufacturing industrial park

The Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park was officially launched in Horinger New Area in Hohhot, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Sept 23, marking the official opening of the first park in the autonomous region which was built with modern design concepts in order to attract high-end, high-tech industries.
The industrial park is located in the core area of Horinger News Area, covering an area of 474 mu ($31.6 hectares), with a total construction area of 324,700 square meters and a total investment of 1.86 billion yuan ($272 million).
It includes standardized workshops, research and development pilot buildings, exhibition halls and restaurants, staff dormitories, property centers, fitness centers and other supporting service facilities.

The project was constructed in two phases. The first phase covers an area of 238.56 mu, with a total construction area of 166,300 square meters. It is divided into three functional areas: A, D, and E. There are some 40 building units which can accommodate 200 enterprises.
In addition to preferential policies for investment promotion in Horinger, high-tech enterprises settled in the industrial park can also enjoy services such as house purchasing and rent subsidies, free accommodation and high-end intelligent park management.
