A special night show celebrating the 2nd China Horse Culture Festival -- a horse and grassland themed light show -- lit up the sky when it was staged at Inner Mongolia Ethnic Minority Mass Culture and Sports Activity Center in Hohhot, the capital of North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region on Aug 20.

During the event, dazzling lights illuminated the main building of the culture and sports center, in what organizers and the audience agreed was an enthralling affair which showcased the region's horse culture festival successively.

The night show presented images of different scenes from Inner Mongolia's grassland in the order of the four seasons.

Through a combination of 3D projection effects and colorful light beams, the show presented a gripping performance for the audience.
