Many couples got married in Hohhot, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Chinese Valentine's Day, or Qixi Festival on Aug 7.

The marriage registration center in the city's Saihan district was packed that day, as this traditional festival is a special time for Chinese couples.
