Exhibition raises awareness of wildlife conservation

Over 100 exhibits related to endangered wildlife are currently on display at the Inner Mongolia Museum of Natural History in Hohhot, North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
The exhibition, designed to raise awareness of the importance of protecting endangered wildlife and respecting nature, opened to the public on Aug 2 and will end on Oct 31.
The exhibits came from both China and abroad, and most are being shown in the city for the first time.
The exhibition consists of three exhibition halls and showcases the effect mankind has had on wildlife and demonstrates how man and nature can live in harmony.
According to the museum, there are 593 endangered bird species and 209 endangered amphibian and reptile species.
