New coking industrial park planned in Hohhot
The signing ceremony for a new coking industrial park was held in Hohhot, capital of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on July 26.
The ceremony was attended by representatives from the government of Qingshuihe county, China Risun Group Limited, a Hebei-based coking company, and Inner Mongolia Zhongran Clean Energy Company.
The new industrial park is designed to spur the development of the area’s recycling economy.
According to the plan, the new industrial park will produce over 40 types of products, including byproducts of coke. The new industrial park will make full use of waste water and energy and work to establish a comprehensive industrial chain of the coking industry.
Officials said that the new park will produce 3 million metric tons of coke every year, and has an annual capacity of 700,000 chemical products.
