Water flows through Hohhot, enhancing the city
A main channel of water flows through the central area of Hohhot in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region on June 4. Various bodies of water – comprising the Xiaoheihe River, Zhadagai River and Wulisha River – flow 44 kilometers around the capital city, covering an area of nearly 980 hectares (9.8 million square meters).
