Luocheng proves popular driving destination

Rural areas in Luocheng Mulam autonomous county saw an influx of visitors, many of which are keen photographers, during the Dragon Boat Festival which fell from May 28 to 30.

Attractions such as Gaoshan Grassland, Huaiqun Gate, Jianjiang River, Wuyang River and Xiangsi Forest, were the most popular destinations for self-driving travellers over the break.

According to local reports, rural tourism has become one of the vital outlets to promote economic development thanks to Luocheng government's proactive measures to improve the tourism industry via the county's rich natural resources.
