Luocheng government vows to improve local welfarem

Improving social welfare through industrialization is the main goal of 2017, according to the government of Luocheng Mulam autonomous county in Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

The county is home to a large population of farmers, many of which specialize in raising black mountain chickens or fragrant rice.

These specialty industries will be the focus of new government initiatives emphasizing greater promotion, exposure, and sales via e-commerce platforms.
