Hechi mountain spring shines at water expo

A list of eight AAA water resources was released during the 2016 International Drinking Water Expo, which opened in Tongren city in Guizhou province on Nov 19.

The list came after a nearly two-month-long evaluation of experts from the China National Health Association Drinking Healthy Committee, who sponsored a seminar during October of this year to conduct an all-round analysis of over 32 water resources from around the country.

Spring Ye Ba Jiao from Hechi, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region was registered as AAA level.

The spring brand, established by Yebajiao Communication Co Ltd, is purified water from Jiuwanda Mountain where 98 percent of the area is covered with greenery and hosts 20 square kilometers of key water protection zone, in addition to 5,000 mu (333 hectares) of water resource forests.

Enjoying the exceptional advantages of high-quality water resources, and processing water under the concepts of environment-friendliness and health-promotion, Spring Ye Ba Jiao was approved by the European Union and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to receive qualification as a high-end drinking water brand.

During the expo, top officials from China National Health Association Drinking Healthy Committee, as well as Hechi governmental departments spoke highly of Spring Ye Ba Jiao, mentioning it as drinking water that reaches the high international standard.

Spring Ye Ba Jiao was also honored as the official water to be used for the 9th China International Tea and Tea Ceremony Exhibition, which will be held in Beijing on April 21-24, 2017.
