"Using the 'mobile library' APP, I can read whenever and wherever I want," said Wei Xiaojuan, a local resident.
In addition, Guangxi Library has created an official public account on WeChat, an instant message service, to post information about new book releases, the latest library activities and further digital resources.
Lots of local residents followed the public account, and downloaded the "mobile library" APP on the day.
