Migrant workers ride home for Spring Festival reunions

As the Spring Festival travel rush began on Jan 24, thousands of migrant workers completed their work contracts and began the long journey home to celebrate the Spring Festival.

Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region saw thousands of workers heading for their hometown by motorcycle, as an alternative to the much sought after train and bus tickets.

As the Spring Festival travel rush continues, more and more people working in the Pearl River Delta area are expected to return to their hometowns, such as Guangxi, Hunan, Yunnan and Guizhou, by motorcycle.
