5. Purple sweet potato and white fungus soup

Helps: Protect liver and boost the immune system

Prep: Soak white fungus for one hour; Boil the white fungus with enough water and then lower the heat for 1 hour; Add purple sweet potatoes and rock sugar and simmer for 45 minutes.
