4. Lily and sweet mung bean soup

Helps: Reduce blood fat and cholesterol levels; Detox and liver protection
Prep: Soak lilies for 30 minutes; Boil water and place mung beans into an electric cooker; Boil for 2 minutes and then heat on low for 5 minutes and repeat for one time; Put lilies in, repeat the preceding steps twice and add a little sugar.
